Lee Sommerfeldt and The Young Parents Team are excited to host a Christmas Concert & Carol Sing featuring the soulful roots-gospel sound of Jacob Moon and The Commissionaires.

All proceeds from this concert will go toward our Young Parents ministry, a program of Youth Unlimited. Your generosity helps encourage, equip, and empower pregnant and parenting youth, ages 15-25, in the GTA.
