Plan Your Visit

We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re planning your first visit, exploring faith, or just curious about our church—we hope this helps you feel at home before you even walk through the doors.

When should I arrive?

Our Sunday service begins at 10:00 AM.
We recommend arriving around 9:45 AM to park and find your seat.

If you have children, come a few minutes earlier to check them into their programs in the lower level.

What happens when I arrive?

You’ll be welcomed by a friendly greeter, and an usher can help you find a seat.
Feel free to come as you are—there’s no dress code.

Is there parking?

Yes! We have plenty of on-site parking, including accessible spaces near the main entrance, along with an accessibility ramp.

Do I need to register?

No registration needed—just come!

If you’d like, you can introduce yourself by filling out a Connect Card (in person or online). It helps us say hello and serve you well.

What to Expect on a Sunday

Our service runs from 10:00 AM to approximately 11:15 AM and typically includes:

  • Singing and worship led by our music team
  • Prayer and Scripture reading
  • A Bible-based message that is practical and relevant

After the service, we invite you to stay for coffee and cookies in the foyer—it’s a great chance to meet people and ask questions.

Following that, we offer Sunday School for all ages, so there’s something for everyone to continue learning and connecting.

Want to get a feel for a service first?

You’re welcome to explore at your own pace:

These are great ways to experience what a Sunday morning is like at Westney before you visit in person.

For Families

We love having kids here! Childcare is available. All of our volunteers are fully screened and receive Plan to Protect training.

  • Nursery (0–2 years)
  • Preschool (ages 2+–5)
  • Kids Church (JK–Grade 3)

All programs run during the service, with Sunday School for all ages immediately afterward.

Have questions? Our KIDS Director would love to help! Email Elicia at info@westney.ca

Scent Sensitivity

While we’re not a scent-free building, we do offer a Scent Sensitive seating section in the auditorium. Just look for the yellow signage or ask an usher for help.

Next Steps

If you’re new or just checking things out, here are a few simple ways to take a next step:

  • Join us on a Sunday morning
  • Fill out a Connect Card
  • Stop by the Welcome Center—we’d love to meet you! We’re also happy to answer any questions you may have.

We’d Love to Meet You

Visiting a new church can feel like a big step—but you won’t be alone.
We’re here to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and at home.

Hope to see you soon!
